Cannot Open a Zip File

Once you download a .zip file, it has to be saved to your computer, preferably on the Desktop or in your Documents folder. 

You'll then need to unzip the file before you can access the contents inside.  You cannot just open a zip folder, you have to extract or unzip the file using something like WinZip or 7-zip.

If you have a computer running Vista, Windows7, Windows8, or Windows10, just right-click on the saved .zip file and choose Extract All and accept all the prompts until you see that the process is completed.
